I cleaned out this old pond and filled it with new water. Within two days I noticed that the water was already copper colored. I am assuming it is due to the pollen from the three majestic oak trees on my lot. The pond does get a lot of oak leaves and tassles in it. Is my pond worth saving? What can I do to help keep the water cleaner in order to enjoy it? I do not want to have a "brackish" pond. Please help. Thank you.
