Pump Brand Advice

I am looking to put in a large pond/waterfall/stream combination. I went to a recommended pond installer and asked him to spec some things out for me. He told me based on the setup that I would need a 7500 GPH pump. He recommended a brand, but I want to see what other people would recommend and what experiences everyone has had. Thanks in advance for your help, it is greatly appreciated!
