Posted by: ohgosh at Mon Apr 21 13:57:17 2008 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by ohgosh ] Two summers ago I purchased a Sunterra pressurized bio filter. The problem is after the first summer the water is leaking. It seems that the four clips that locks the top or cap are very loose. I managed to tape the four clips so when it is pressurezed, it does not come off. Anyway, taping is not working this year. No mater what I do, the water always leaks. So my question is, is there a way to fix this or does this mean this filter is pretty much useless now? Second question is, if I can't fix this filter, what are some under $100 bio filters that are better than the Sunterra filter? I hate to buy a filter that uses clips like that. Any suggestion is much appreciated. [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Hide Replies ]
