In the process of cleaning out my koi pond for the winter I found three large frogs in the skimmer. Probably because it is black and the warmest place on a sunny day. Last spring I found several dead frogs in the pond from the winter. Am I doing these guys a favor by moving them to a green house that is about 65 degrees and has a water area or should I have left them in the pond to fend to themselves? What do I do to keep them alive in the green house? what do they need to eat? DId they need to hibernate? Should I put them in the creek or back in the pond? The skimmer will freeze this winter because we will not be running the pump. Also we will be draining the pond and redoing it in the spring. Thanks for any help
