I recently moved into a new place and the former tenant left two pot bellied pigs. I have tried contacting him but have had no success. My only alternative at this point is to butcher them. Does anybody have any experience cooking these animals. Are they best roasted whole or can the be cut up into chops and bacon like a regular hog? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
