Hey, everyoe. I know this is a kind of slow forum, but I was hoping someone could help me soon. My hedgehog has WHS, or that's what the doctor and I are pretty sure she has as the only real diagnosis is post-mortem. But all the symptoms are the same as what I've read (Gradual onset, no change despite raising the temp in her habitat, gradual loss of control over all motor functions...etc.) It's getting very close to time for me to put her down, as she doesn't have the strength to eat as well as she should. My question is, do any of you know if there is anyplace I can donate her body to a research foundation? I've heard of it being done, but I didn't have any luck finding anything. This disease has broken my heart, and it's going to be a long time before I try Hedgies again, but I'd like to think that my Gwendolyn could help other hedgehogs, and their parents, with this disease. Any suggestions would be appreciated, and I'm going to talk to my vet about it. Thanks,

Sarah
