I have run into a brick wall I think?

has anyone been able to take a ferret on a plane in this country??

I think it's so wrong that in this country where we bail out the airlines with our tax dollars, that members of our family are restricted from flying on something that we pay way too much for anyway.

I was thinking of just telling the airlines that they are cats?

Any info would be great as I am going to be flying from Newark New Jersey airport to Texas.
