Inbreeding question

I got two bunnies a couple months ago. The person I got them from told me they were both female. Well yesterday while clipping their nails I found out that one is in fact a male. They turn 4 months old on the 25th. What are the odds that my female is already pregnant? And if she is what are the chances that there might be something wrong with the babies since they are siblings? Thank you.
