I would recommend finding an exotics vet and getting the male neutered for sure, and ideally the female spayed. The male will start spraying urine, and neutering can help deter that. As for the odds of something being wrong with the babies, no idea. Best to get them spayed and neutered to avoid babies, and prevent future litters.
