Do this in addition to the time that you have them outside of the cage everyday together. The first couple of times she'll be squirmy and try to get away, but hold her firmly, but gently and she'll calm down in a little while. Also, keep her away from the edge of her cage or where she can see to jump down, so she won't be tempted to take off. Ten minutes at a time ought to do it and she'll bond to you very soon.
