I would say you can forget about the Fluval. Your tank should be perfectly fine with just the power filters. Although I will say that when your fish get larger if you notice them hanging around the surface, you should add an airstone to help with the oxygen in the tank.
If you want to talk fish (lots of discussions), we have a Fish Chat on Tuesdays at 10 pm EST. There's generally people on weekday evenings. Just wanted to inform you of that, in case you didn't know about our chat rooms.
