Has he been pooping? Or just throwing up? If he hasn't been pooping, you can try some frozen peas. That will give him some fiber to help get things moving.

Let me know how that works. I've been trying to research to see what's going on, with no luck yet. It could be similar to what happens with humans though... so if the peas help him at all, that would be a good thing. You can cut the peas into small pieces if you'd like, but it's not necessary. I really hope this helps.
