That is false information! I'm sorry you had to waste your time and money on that. The problem is your fish is either being overfed or has a slender body form. Meaning he's constipated... and just needs a few frozen peas to nibble on for fiber. Has he/she been pooping? My guess is he/she hasn't been, so it is indeed constipated. Try that.
