I don't remember exactly what the website I showed you suggested for treatments, but be careful when you do that because sometimes the parasite is attached to internal organs, and it will kill your fish when you remove it. Also, when you handle a fish you are removing epidermis (the top layer of skin) that contains the slime glands. This will allow bacteria to enter your fish's immune system. If you don't put in any melafix, I would recommend it now. Other than all that information, I'm glad your fish seems fine now. I hope it can pull through this ordeal.
