My guess is some sort of sea robin, I say that because of the general shape of the fish. However, I'm not sure if sea robins have teeth. They are usually estuarine fishes, but I'm not sure how low the salinity can be for them to tolerate. I will also promote your post to see if anyone can specifically identify your fish.
