Hey. I am pretty sure it's ok with the TOS because you are just asking for information, and after all that's what we're here for.
I've not been to any shows so the advice I am giving you is simply personal, and you can take it or leave it. I would avoid the males making each other flare. It stresses them out. I would probably sell the bettas in the containers you have, and include the price of them with the price you want to sell the bettas for. It will allow the bettas to be less stressed, and safer for the car ride home. On your care sheet, I would write a minimum tank size.
Guarantees vary with your company (for fish stores anyways). Some online that I've come across give you a live arrival and 14 day promise. While other pet stores offer none, and others offer 7-14 days. That would be your call.
As for the information, you should know general betta information, and probably the exact care for the bettas you are selling (whether they are babies or not).
