I know this sounds odd but over the weekend I rescued 5 fish, 3 Blackskirt tetras, 1 Bala shark, 1 Gourami, 1 huge pleco, the pleco seems fine hes about 13in. so I put him in a 40 gal tank. So now i'm completely puzzled because the other 4 all have what looks like the hiccupos. The other five are all in a 10 gal tank, I know this is to small but I did'nt have a larger tank to put them in and I could'nt leave them to die. I can't put them in any of my other tanks cause a week ago the people treated them for fungus using Maloxy and I don't want to infect my other tanks. What would cause "hiccups " in fish and how do I treat this?
