Add some melafix (and pimafix if you'd like) to the smaller tank with your angelfish to prevent any bacterial infections. Other than that, there's not much you can do. You can help her breathe by adding an air stone if you don't already have one. The air stone will allow her gills to not have to work so hard to gather oxygen from the water.
