He had escaped his 5-gallon aquarium which had a lid; obviously he had squeezed through the filter hole. I'd love to hear stories from other hobbyists who find crabs, crayfish, shrimp, octopi, and even fish on the floor, walking around the house, or otherwise escaped from the tank.
