They could be ick, a fungus, or costia/ chilodonella. I've included a website for you to look at the symptoms. Let me know what you think it resembles the most. Some of the treatments they list on that site aren't correct (there are safer treatments) while others are fine to use. Do you know your water parameters? Sometimes water quality will cause illness in the tank. Please tell me when you do your water changes (when your last change was and how much you changed).
