clownfish aggression

hey.
I have a saltwater tank with three ocellaris clowns and a remora. Two days ago my smallest clown has disappeared. It maybe hding or could the biggest one may have killed it? Now the biggest clown is trying to attack my remora. Could the clowns be trying to breed?
Should I seperate the clowns, but them in the sump until I can set up a smaller tank just for them?
Any advice will help.
