Posted by: jack-skellington at Mon Mar 14 16:48:01 2011 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by jack-skellington ] having been a petco employee for the past 6 years,(dont work for them anymore) i ran into this same exact problem. it was very confusing... sorry- but the overnight suggestion simply isnt an option when youre working for a corporate store. basically what i ended up doing was extra care on the system...made sure everything was the way it was supposed to be, and the crabs started living. its more than likely a water quality issue.
