We have lost our half-moon conure. His name is Billy. He is two shades of green with an orange band of feathers across the top of his beak. He has blue at the end of his wing and tail-feathers. He is missing one "toe-nail". I followed him around our neighborhood for three hours before losing sight of him. Please contact me by replying I will answer ASAP. Thank you.
