Thanks for responding. Yes, they are actually Blue Throated. She does have a Blue and Gold which she is going to keep. I thought about the local and surrounding Zoos but they only accept donations. I am located in Southern NJ. There is a Bird Club but from what I saw on their site, birds are only put up for adoption. I'll throw the idea out to her about the Vet (she wasn't an Avian though) as she tried to do all she could when one of my sister's previous Blue and Golds was sick before she had her go to University of Pennsylvania. From working in a Pet Store that carried a few exotic birds, they just aren't really in demand in my area which makes it hard trying to find someone reliable to want to purchase and take care of them.
