Hello everyone, I'm new to the forums, but have been an exotic pet owner for years, as well as have helped vets work with exotic animals. I live in Toronto, Ontario and have a great interest in owls. I understand the unique temperment and conditions that owls are renouned for, and was wondering about the legality of owning them as a pet, wether or not it's legal with or without a permit.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
