Many people ask that the interested buyer bring their own cage/carrier to take their new bird home in. If absolutely necessary though I would recommend a cardboard box. Having the buyer bring a cage or carrier helps to show their interest and intent in caring for the new bird instead of them just showing up expecting you to take care of everything.
