If they haven't actually started laying eggs yet then moving them would probably be fine, although I wouldn't if you can help it. If she is spending a lot of time in the nest box already then I would wait to move the cage and possibly put a cover over the side of the cage nearest to the computer. That way they shouldn't be bothered by you being near and won't have the stress of moving the cage which can kick them out of the breeding mood.
