They have only come home within the last 3 weeks, after completely weaning. They came from a clean home into a clean home, from an excellent breeder. I have noticed that they seem to be itchy. They are scratching some and preening themselves, and each other a lot. I have never had cockatiels this young before so I was wondering if it had to do with feather growth??
