Cockatiel HELP behavior.....

i have a few questions...

1) how do i clip my birds wings we clipped like 6 and she can still fly!?

2)How can i teach my 1 year old cockatiel to let me pet her on her head, cheeks, neck, and belly?

3)how do i teach her tricks?
