The coloration does make your bird quite unusual. In most instances it is a color mutation although in some rare instances it is from a vitamin deficiency or follicle damage. With as much of the coloration as this lovebird has though I would go with a very interesting color mutation. Wouldn't that make her like an orange-factor fischer's? I am never sure how they name mutations, I just remember the red-factor african grey has a lot of red intermingled with the gray feathers and is not a very common occurance. But either way nice-interesting lovebird you have there!
