We currently have four budgies. I have never been very good at the color classifications but I can describe them LOL. We have Hedwig (7yo), solid white coloring with red eyes, no hint of any other color. She is able to perch on your hand but doesn't really like to be held. She will nip and doesn't speak but will chirp out greetings etc. Then there is Lupin(3yo), he is a duller green with some yellow and of course black lines, barring. He is really skittish, likes to chirp in alarm when anyone is near and bites at anyone around. Then there is Buddy (8yo), he is an almost royal blue color with a small amount of white and then the black barring. He will perch on my hand, says hi sweetie, hi buddie and hi Tiki and makes this little squeaking barking sound. He will nip at times but is usually quite tame. Then there is Pigwidgeon (3yo), she is a really bright yellow with black barring, no green or other colors. She is skittish and will fly away but doesn't nip and if you are patient enough she will sit quietly on your hand. She also says Hi Tiki. To explain, Tiki is a quaker that used to be in the same room with them and Tiki will say over and over again, Tiki bird, say Hi Tiki, Hi Tiki LOL. So now the budgies say hi to him. He also says lots of other things but this was what the budgies picked up on.
