Since it is on the tongue you shouldn't use any of the stop bleeding remedies for nails etc. If the bleeding doesn't stop or if your B&G seems to have any trouble eating please see a vet immediately. Otherwise depending on what your blue and gold usually eats you might try adding a bit of softer foods in for the next few days until the tongue is fully healed.
