We are going away for a two week vacation, and I am freaking out now that I have decided that is best for my lovebird to stay in the country, safe. The country we are travelling to, does not have a clear direction on avian requirements, and I have been "warned" that to the official discretion, the bird can be 'sacrified', if he feels that I do not fill all the requirements needed. That been said, my lovie is not flying with us.
I am very stressed as to what will happen and how will he feel being left behind. He knows my friend, has been to their house, and knows their lovebird, who has stayed with us, when my friends have been on vacation.
Any advice on this?
