You can't have vultures as pets. They are protected under the migratory bird treaty act. The only way you can possess one is if you have proper zoological permits (zoos) or if you are a licensed rehabber and are rehabbing one. It is very illegal to own even a feather of one of these (or any other bird that doesn't have a hunting season on it.) You wouldn't want one anyways, they defecate on their legs for bacteria control/heat control, and they will almost certainly vomit on you, (for no good reason.)
