Forgot to add to mare in distress

This problem has been consistant for nearly 8 weeks, treatmen started about 6 weeks ago, and there has been no change in her behavior. Has anyone noticed these types of symptoms due to reproductive issues, i.e. ovarian tumors, infection in the uterus?
