I have since figured it out, but now it's too cold to give him a bath... (gotta love Western PA)... Would the rain rot bein bad on his back be the reason he's not getting much of a winter coat? because were his skin is nice, he's got a nice coat... also, I don't want to groom it out of him completely because its getting colder and I don't want a bald horse, so any ideas to make sure this doesn't get worse till spring when I can give him an iodine bath and groom him good...
