Hair loss

I have two goats in the last two weeks my one goat who is two years of age started experiencing severe hair loss, it's coming out in clumps.
The skin looks like it has a little dandruff on it, but i did not see any lesions, or any thing moving. The other goat is unaffected.
Any suggestions?
