Is it possible that the sluggish/lathargic ones are about to molt? If that is the case, you will want to keep the humidity high and do not touch them. Molting could take a couple weeks to actually happen.

Very nice looking milli by the way! I wish you well in the breeding project. I'd like to get some of those!!
