Sure it's not the answer you hoped for but there are no "rescue" sites for moths. Adult moths as a rule are very short lived, usually only long enough to mate and lay eggs. Many species don't even have working mouths... living only long enough to breed they aren't needed.

Hate to say it since I to don't believe in killing things if you aren't going to eat it... but if it really seems to you it has been injured it would be best just to end it quickly.

If it helps at all there is just as good a chance it's not injured, you just happened to find it at the end of it's life cycle, the storm itself just taxed what are it's very limited resources. The inability to fly or walk properly at it's age is no different than that for any other living thing.
