Posted by: gerryg at Sat Jan 7 17:30:05 2012 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by gerryg ] Can't help you out with a positive ID here... either Macaria fissinotata or Macaria submarmorata... color and patterns of both can vary so much they start looking like one another... if it were for my own ID I'd say fissinotata simply because the white marking you see at the tip of the forewing tends to stay fairly pronounced throughout all their color variations.
