This is right. Plus, the wildlife department usually has some for citizen use. They ask a rental fee but it is refunded when you return the trap (so the traps don't disappear!) Not sure what the set-up there is but I once tried spraying some of the stuff you can get at Petsmart to keep cats away around the area of the fence where one was coming over. It worked temporarily. The trap is a long-term solution, though, and maybe the cat could find a forever home. Katc
