I wouldn't think the 2 would be connected and he's never had a problem with hairballs, when he throws up it's all food. I'm sure you know better than I do though, hehe. I never had an old cat before, especially such a big one. If I could figure out how to attach a picture on here, I'd show a picture of the cats, but I can't seem to get it to work right.
