The Senior both drops the fat and ups the protien for senior cats and less active cats. I believe that they also add glucosamine so if your overweight cat is suffering from some mild joint pain this might help them feel better and therefore cause them to be more active and in the end loose weight. It works well for overweight and senior cats. The Weight Management just drops the fat and caloric intake, however it dose not add any glucosamine. It dose have less fat than the Senior though.
