He's outside partially by his choice, partially because he HATES other cats and will fight to severe injury with another cat. He's got covered shelter, warm beds, food, fresh water, a collar with a tag. But, is that doing enough? The problem with finding him a home is he'd need a home with someone who was VERY used to cats, yet had no cats and would be happy with only one cat.
