I've been using them on my two kittens (now almost 11 months old) for months now. I love them. Yes...sometimes they do remove one or two. My Husband and I gang up on them once a week and check them for missing ones. I have him hold the cat and I clip and replace any missing ones. These two have totally refused to learn not to scratch things they shouldn't even though we used all the recommended techniques. So the Soft Paws were furniture savers since there is no way they were getting declawed.

I do believe there are cats that are more difficult to put them onto then others....but we have just never taken no for an answer....they kinda get the message that it doesn't matter if they don't like being held to have them put on...they have to tolerate it anyhow.

Good luck!
