Hello! Yes, the Vet has put him on a Dissulution formula to try and dissolve all of the struvite crystals. I am now buying the Medi-Cal pet brand food sold at the vet clinic. I had to take Garfield back to the Vet last night, he gave him some fluids and a couple of shots, plus he is on Clavamox. But, unfortunately, he is still in quite a bit of pain this morning (I can't even give him his pill right now). I think he will have to go back in again. I just want people to know what cheap pet food can do do your pets. Saving 5 or 10 dollars on a bag of food can cost you and your pet a lot of grief (it has currently cost me over $1200.00 and Garfield TOO MUCH pain).
