I am basicly a street cat in my native land. Survival of the fittest has endowed me with the best qualities of my breed.

I first arrived in the United States in June 1990.

I am a mellow fellow, good with children and other animals, quiet and smart. I am not the least bit shy, often greeting guests without fear.

My downy undercoat and long outer coat plus a thick layer of guard hairs makes me virtually water-proof. For a long haired cat, I need less grooming than most. I shed heavily spring and fall, but not much in between.

When you look at me you think , circles. My build, if I were human, would be that of a football player.

Lots of people think of me like potatoe chips, one is not enough, and I come in a large variety of colors...

Who am I?
