Speaking of #9, we just had an earthquake right before I typed this. The cats were sound asleep before, during, and after it. A lot of good they do at picking up on signals. I then went in my yard and asked two neighbors over the fence if they felt it and they didn't either. It was just me and the USGS that knew there was one.
