Nope, I saw no change in either Tabitha (before her death) or Samantha after their declaw except for the fact that Samantha left my wallpaper alone. They use the boxes, pop the other cats and the dog on the nose if they are bothered and had no problems. And it has been 10 years since they were declawed.
