Flea larve can take up to a year to hatch. it could have been there a long time ago and the bombing did not kill it.

I would find a place to take my cats for several hours (AFTER putting frontline on them - and you can buy 6 capstar tablets for about $20.00 and give them one as well for fleas) and then take all bedding off and wash in HOT water and take pillows off chairs and matresses off beds (leaving them propped up against the bed) and Bomb each room again.

Hopefully that and keeping your cats on frontline each month will do away with fleas. I get a pest control company to come every other month to spay the outside and if my cats seem to be itching I get them to spray inside too, BUT they won't do furniture!
